This is a great hike for the whole family. Starting from the Castella church, enjoy the panoramic views before heading off in the direction of the 16th-century chapel of St Roc, a recently restored pilgrimage site.

For much of this route, you'll be on the crests of the Plantaurel, with a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Tabe massif. This shady path will take you to the small village of Labastide sur l'Hers before taking the Cathar Pyrenees greenway to the town of Laroque d'Olmes, the finish point of your hike.
