The former railroad line has been transformed into a trail for walking, horse-riding, mountain biking or mountain bike riding. The 38-kilometer route from Mirepoix to Lavelanet reveals a side of nature never seen on traditional roads.
A leaflet presenting the route (history, itinerary...) can be downloaded from this page, or is available from tourist offices in the Cathar Pyrenees.
