It's a fairly easy route with a profile that doesn't present any major difficulties, but at the start it climbs to the Capelle Saint Roch overlooking Laroque d'Olmes and the Tabe massif.

This route is suitable for all mountain bikers, but requires a little technique in places on the passage over the Plantaurel ridges overlooking the village of La Bastide sur L'Hers.
